  • How much is shipping?

    For our marketplace the shipping price is listed on each item page. And for our giant retailer partners, each retailers has their own shipping policy, some stores offer free shippings. Just check their websites. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Each retailer partners has their own return policy, just like in a real shopping mall. All retailers have their return policies posted on their site. And for our markerplace you can return an item within 20 days from purchase, return shipping may or may not deduct from return payments. Please visit the marketplace refund & policies. Have any questions about our retailers please contact them diretcly via their websites, and for more info about our marketplace products please email us: sales@tjretails.com. 

  • How do i check order status?

    For each retailer partners please check your order status on their site. And for products on our marketplace we will send out an email to the email provided right after check out confirming your order status. And another email with your shipping and tracking informations, once items as been shipped. And you can also check your order status in your TJ account under orders. Click on the "order" or "sub order" number. 

  • How do I contact a seller?

    Buyers do not contact sellers directly if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our customer service team by going to your account and at the bottom right corner you will see the chat button. You can chat live with us or you can call us.  And if needed than we will connect you with the seller via email or group chat.  

  • How do I reach customer service?

    If you have a vendor or customer account you can go to my profile/my account and at the bottom right corner you will see a chat button. If you do not have an account please email us at: sales@tjretails.com 

  • Do I need an account to make a purchase?

    For our marketplace NO you do not need an account to make a purchase. But for our retailer partners each have their own policies please visit their site. 

  • Can I sell on TJ Retail Place?

    Yes you can become a vendor and list your items in the TJ Retail Marketplace platform. And start selling from home. Please visit our vendor page for more info.

  • How do sellers get pay?

    TJ Retails send payments to vendors every Wednesday's for every orders that was complete from last payment until that Monday by 9pm EST. 

    Order are consider complete when items are ship and the seller update the backend portal.

  • Can I use a PO Box?

    You can use a PO Box as your mailing address but not as your billing address. For our retailer paertners please visit their sites. 

  • How many TJ account(s) I can have?

    You can only have 1 TJ Retails account. If your are lock out of your account and can't access it please email our customer service team at: sales@tjretails.com.

  • What kind of items can I sell in the marketplace?

    Please read our marketplace guideline for all prohibited items and check our categories list


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Each retail partners have their own payment methods please visit their site. 

    Our marketplace accept all types of credit/debit cards, paypal, square pay, cryptocurrencies,  buy now pay later with our third party partner. 

    The Split payment option allowed registered customers to split payments equally with up to 3 participants. Each participant have 24hrs to complete payments. We will process and ship the item(s) after all payments are complete. 

    Lay a Way option: Now registered customers can take their time and pay in 2 separate payments without worrying about their item(s) going out of stock. All item(s) will be ship after the cart is fully paid. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    For our marketplace items please visit our refund policies. And each of our retailer partners has their own policies. See their sites for more info. 

  • Can I use one shopping cart for all my items?

    TJRetail.com is an online mall so purchases made in the marketplace you can buy in one shopping cart. But for our retail partners you need to purchase items seperaretly from each one of them. Just like a physical mall you have to pay each department stores seperately.

  • Is it safe to purchase through your site?

    Yes it is very safe. Our network of retailers are consist of your favorite giant department stores and fortune 500 companies. And our marketplace is SSL certified and virus protected. We use one of the best anti fraud AI technology. And we partner with top third party payment processing companies. 

  • How do Gift Cards work?

    You can purchase any TJ Retails giftcards and send it to family / friends, prices varies please go to E-Giftcards for more info. All TJ Retails giftcards purchases are final. And you can use your TJ Retails giftcard to purchase any items in the marketplace. And for our partner retailers please visit their site. 

  • How do the coupons work?

    All available coupons will be listed in the marketplace platform or email to customers. Coupons may very base on items and/or categories. You can only use a coupon for the qualify item and all coupons has an expire date. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive coupons info. And our retail partners have their own coupons and promotions. You can see some deals advertise on the mall site but please visit each store sites for more informations.
