  • How much is shipping?

    For our main store it depend on the product. Every retailer has their own shipping policy, some stores offer free shippings. Just check their sites. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Each store has their own return policy, just like in a real shopping mall. All retailers have their return policies posted on their site. And for our main store you can return an item within 15 days after delivery, return shipping may or may not deduct from return payments. Please visit the CONTACT PAGE for more info.

  • How do the coupons work?

    Every retail stores have their own coupons and promotions. You can see those deals advertise on the mall site or on each store sites. 

  • How do i check order status?

    Just like our retailer partners our main store will send out an email to the email provided during check out confirming your order. And another email with your shipping and tracking informations, once items as been shipped.

Payment

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Our main store accept all types of credit/debit card via paypal. And each of our affiliate retailers has their own payment method. Check their sites. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    For our main store it depend on the  product (see each product descriptions). And each other retailers has their own policies. See their sites for more info. 

  • Why Can't I use one shopping cart for all the stores?

    TJRetail.com is an online mall not a marketplace. So just like a real mall you have to pay each department stores seperately.

  • Is it safe to purchase through your site?

    Yes it is very safe. Our network of retails are consist of your favorite giant department stores and fortune 500 companies. Our site is SSL certified and virus protected. We are also incorporated and insured in the US.
